What Amazon Requires

Amazon’s image guidelines are strict — and for good reason. Your main product image must have a pure white background (RGB 255, 255, 255), the product must fill at least 85% of the frame, and images must be at least 1000 pixels on the longest side to enable zoom. Additional images can include multiple angles, close-ups, and lifestyle shots showing the product in use. We know these requirements inside and out, and every shot we deliver is ready to upload without re-editing.

How many images do I get per product?

Package sizes vary, but a standard shoot includes 6–8 final images per SKU: a hero white background shot, multiple angles, and at least one detail/close-up. We can also add lifestyle images showing the product in context. Contact us to discuss the right package for your catalog size.

Do you handle large or heavy products?

Yes. Both our Brooklyn and West Hollywood studios are spacious and can accommodate oversized products, furniture, equipment, and multi-piece sets. Just let us know what you’re bringing in when you book so we can prepare the right setup.

How fast is turnaround?

Standard turnaround is 5 business days from the shoot date. Rush delivery (2–3 business days) is available for an additional fee. We’ll confirm the timeline when you book.

Do you serve brands outside of NYC and LA?
